For nursing students and teachers: use a 'sustainability lens' in nursing assignments (works for any topic!). Not just for adding in green elements, but financial and social considerations. Adds reflection, analysis, critical thinking too. #WeStNs #WeGoGreener |

@WeStudentNurse I think so. If student nurses are aware then they are more likely to take it into placement and onto practice. @UniBham_Nursing we build our electives around the sustainable development goals, so we all know at least a little. #WeStNs |

@lucy_uo @WeStudentNurse Infrastructure is definitely a concern, I think there is a need here for collaboration between agencies and gov departments (transport etc). Many cities and towns are not designed adequately to accommodate active travel. #WeStNs |

@WeStudentNurse Maybe something similar to encouraging patients to ask staff if they've washed their hands. Do you need to wear those gloves? And maybe patients could do things like change their own beds, or request not to have their beds and towels changed everyday #WeStNs |
